Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Accounts Receivable team based at the Group’s Manchester head office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably within the professional services sector. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for management specific offices/business areas debtor’s ledger in line with Group’s policies and procedures.  
  • Proactively communicate with clients via phone and email (if required) to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.  
  • Closely with internal stakeholders highlighting any concerns as required.  
  • Take further action on delinquent debts as necessary including county court action. 
  • Management of accounts in query assisting in resolution as required.  
Key Skills 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably within the professional services sector.  
  • Excellent communication skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Strong time management skills. 
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerBI.
