David is a partner in the BTG Advisory team based in our Manchester office and joined the firm in 2024. David has over 20 years experience in providing advisory and formal insolvency services to companies in stressed and distressed situations, having spent 21 years at BDO.

David is a qualified accountant and insolvency practitioner and provides specialist advice to businesses across a broad range of sectors, with particular sector expertise and interest in manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, construction, real estate, retail, leisure and hospitality. His areas of expertise include business advisory, options review, contingency planning, turnaround and rescue work, which involves working with secured lenders, directors and other key stakeholders to improve performance, generate value and deliver the optimal solution.
